Returns and exchanges
SIZE EXCHANGE
The first change is free for Spain (Peninsula).
For the rest (Balearic Islands and Europe), we do not make exchanges, you will have to make a return and a new purchase.
You have 30 calendar days to make the exchange.
IMPORTANT: Wrap the product securely, if possible in the same bag you received them in, but if you do not keep the bag, in any other bag or box, but always without damaging the product and closed securely.
As soon as we receive them and check their condition (unused, just as you received them), we will send you the new size.
RETURNS
Returns will cost 3,50€ for home Pick-up and 3€ for delivery at a post office in Spain (Peninsula).
For the rest (Balearic Islands and Europe), they must be sent at the customer's expense to the following address: AVENIDA MANUEL AZAÑA LEGANÉS MADRID.
You have 30 calendar days to make the return.
The final amount paid for the products will be refunded, except for the "Shipping costs" and "Return costs".
IMPORTANT: Wrap the product securely, if possible in the same bag you received them in, but if you do not keep the bag, in any other bag or box, but always without damaging the product and closed securely.
As soon as we receive them and check their condition (unused, just as you received them), we will reimburse you, which can take up to 7 days.
